Delivery & Order Information
For our valued UK mainland customers, we offer two convenient delivery options:
Standard Delivery
- Free for orders with a value exceeding £80 (excluding VAT).
- £7.95 for orders with a value below £80 (excluding VAT).
Next Day (Guaranteed) Delivery
- £8.95 for orders exceeding £80 (excluding VAT).
- £9.95 for orders below £80 (excluding VAT).
- Saturday delivery: £14.95.
- Saturday delivery for orders above £80 (excluding VAT): £16.95.
Next day orders must be placed before 11 am to ensure guaranteed next day delivery, excluding Sundays.
Please note that while we prioritise next day orders, we cannot guarantee that your order will be picked and dispatched before our dispatch cut-off time.

International Shipping
For our international customers, we offer shipping to Europe with rates confirmed at checkout. Shipping charges for rest of the world orders will be provided upon order receipt.

Changes or Cancellations
While we strive to accommodate changes or cancellations to your order, please note that our efficient 'just in time' pick, pack, and ship system may make it challenging to make alterations once the order is processed. However, feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
Missing or Damaged Orders
In the rare event that your order doesn't arrive or arrives incomplete, please allow an additional working day for any missing boxes to be delivered. If your order arrives with damaged items, please take photographs of the damaged goods and email them to us through our contact us page. Remember to include the invoice/order number, product code, and quantity of the damaged items in your email.
Returns Procedure
We endeavour to ensure your satisfaction with our fudge products. While we cannot accept returns of chilled or frozen goods, or items that are unsaleable or specially ordered for you, for all other products, please follow these guidelines for returns:
Should you require collection assistance, please note that charges may apply as we operate on a minimal mark-up policy. The margin does not permit us to cover collection expenses at our expense.
